VCA is looking for an experienced Producer based in New York or the Hamptons to lead the production delivery of a high-profile cultural and art project.

You will play a key role in translating strategic and creative concepts into well-executed realities, supporting projects from early development through to on-site completion. Working closely with clients, creative teams, and senior production leads, you will ensure that all production elements are delivered with precision, organisation, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end production of galleries, general areas and special projects within an art fair, from budgeting and planning through to execution and live delivery
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, scopes, and cost tracking
Coordinate fabrication, technical, sourcing, and production
Lead on-site production and installation, ensuring quality control and seamless delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including galleries and partners
Maintain strong client communication, confidently presenting updates and documentation

Profile

Proven track record in producing experiential, cultural, and design-led projects
Strong financial awareness, with experience supporting budget management
In-depth understanding of fabrication, materials, logistics, and build processes
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Ability to navigate international teams and complex stakeholder environments
Refined aesthetic sensibility, with a strong understanding of contemporary visual culture
