VCA is looking for a Producer in London to lead the delivery of immersive environments and cultural experiences for international brands and institutions.
You will help translate strategic and creative concepts into well-executed realities, supporting projects from early development to on-site completion. Working closely with clients, creative teams and senior production leads, you will ensure each experience is delivered with precision, organisation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end production of experiential projects, from budgeting and planning through execution and reconciliation
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, scopes, and cost tracking
Coordinate fabrication, technical, sourcing and production teams across markets
Support RFP processes, vendor communications, and contract administration
Drive on-site production and installation, ensuring quality control and seamless delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
Maintain strong client communication, presenting updates and documentation with confidence
Profile
Strong track record in producing experiential, cultural, and design-led projects
Good financial awareness and experience supporting budget management
Deep understanding of fabrication, materials, logistics, and build processes
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Ability to navigate international teams and complex stakeholder environments
Refined aesthetic sensibility and understanding of contemporary visual culture
