VCA Cultural Agency became the strategic organizing partner of NOMAD, launching the fairs inaugural edition in Abu Dhabi.
NOMAD Abu Dhabi took place inside the decommissioned Terminal 1 at Zayed International Airport — an icon of regional modernism conceived in the late 1970s by Paul Andreu, the renowned architect behind Paris’ Charles de Gaulle.
Closed to the public for years, the terminal was reimagined as a space for culture and dialogue.

NOMAD Abu Dhabi brought together more than 8,000 visitors, 30 international galleries, 20 partners, and participants from 21 countries, alongside 12 special projects that expanded the dialogue across the city.
