Ikra is an international gastronomic festival and educational platform designed to promote and support Russian gastronomy on a global level. Launched in 2017, Ikra has successfully developed into a multi-channel platform to include an annual gastronomic festival, the Ikra Awards gastronomic prize, the Ikra Talks educational summit and Ikra Explore, a gastronomic site expedition.
