Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment for permanent staff and freelancers.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records.
- Coordinate visas, Emirates IDs, and HR compliance.
- Support payroll, leave administration, and employee benefits.
- Assist with HR operations and administrative projects.
Profile- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Experience with recruitment and HR administration.
- Knowledge of UAE visa and labour processes.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the events, hospitality, or agency industry is an advantage.
