We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role will provide high-level executive, administrative, and operational support to the CEO & Founder, ensuring efficient management of schedules, travel, communications, and business priorities across multiple projects and locations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and itineraries)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, partners, and service providers
  • Track contracts, invoices, approvals, and key business documentation
  • Maintain internal trackers and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Support business development activities, events, and special projects
  • Assist with the implementation and improvement of internal processes
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Profile

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; Russian is a plus
