Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and itineraries)
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, partners, and service providers
- Track contracts, invoices, approvals, and key business documentation
- Maintain internal trackers and ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Support business development activities, events, and special projects
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of internal processes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Profile- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; Russian is a plus
